Reservations
Reservations are required to ensure accommodations.
To confirm your reservation, a one night's deposit per room is
required. Deposits must be received within one week after your
reservation is made. Payment may be made by check, cash or credit

Cancellations and Refunds
In fairness to all guests, the following policy applies:
deposits are refunded if cancellations are received at least
10 days prior to arrival.

- $135 per night Weekends and Holidays
- $95 midweek
- Gardener's Cottage
- Bed and Breakfast for two $159
- $50 extra for each additional person, up to 6 people
